Gold - Light Membership

* $75 per month, ($75 registration fee)

* Receive a FIT4MOM welcome bag which includes a resistance band and samples, coupons, etc from business partners (goody bag received when registration is paid)

* Cancellation must be requested by the 15th of the month prior.

* Membership Hold - you may pause your membership for up to four months per year (separate or consecutive months), so there is no loss due to vacation, holiday travel or when another baby arrives. There is a one month minimum for each hold placed and a $10 hold fee applied.
